Your Wedding Ceremony

We provide music of your choice during your wedding ceremony, which include but are not limited to:

  • Preludes while guests are being seated (typically 15-30 minutes before the ceremony)
  • Processional for your wedding party and the bride
  • Hymns and other in-ceremony songs
  • Interludes for unity candle, memorial candle, rose presentation, communion
  • Recessional for the happy couple, wedding party, and guests
  • Postludes while guests are ushered out of the venue/setting

We work with you closely to choose music that fits the tone of your ceremony. We can perform many different styles of music, including classical, contemporary, pops, movie, jazz, polka, and marches. You can view our repertoire list here.

If you have a favorite song you would like performed, just ask! A very popular add-on to our wedding packages include customized musical arrangements of your favorite songs.

Our Wedding Ceremony package is our most popular, and we also offer our services for cocktail hour and wedding reception.

Your Cocktail/Appetizers Hour

Instead of searching for a DJ to provide music for your cocktail hour, we provide 60 minutes of music (jazz, pop, big band, contemporary, classical) while your guests mingle, enjoy cocktails, and munch on hors d’oeuvres.

Your Wedding Reception

Want to keep the party going? We will provide the music during your wedding reception. At a reception, we will typically perform 2-3 sets of about 45 minutes of music, depending on the event.

Our process:

  1. Get in touch with us, and we will set up a short consultation over the phone. We will discuss your wedding music needs and ideas.
  2. We will then put together a customized wedding package quote just for your wedding day.
  3. After the quote is accepted, we will send you a deposit invoice and contract. We will also set up an in-person music planning meeting, where we will work with you to choose the music for your wedding day.
  4. Then you will be able to enjoy your wedding day, knowing that your music is taken care of. We look forward to celebrating with you.

Of course! If you want to hear your favorite song, we will play it. Ask about our popular add-on music arrangement service.

Yes, we do. We will need to communicate directly with the musician(s) ahead of the wedding to work out musical details. We will also require a short rehearsal at the venue before the event, which will be figured into your wedding package fee.

Absolutely, as long as the space is large enough and all of our musicians are on stable and sturdy ground.

If you would like for the entire quintet or a representative there, we can do that. A small fee will be added to your wedding package.

Beer City Brass members can dress in a variety of attires given the event, ranging from business casual to all black or tuxedos for more formal weddings.
